What is food without wine? Joe is our resident wine expert and he will find the perfect pairings for your event.
When it comes to wine, Betty’s expertise really shines. Here’s a tip: wine pairings are less about color and more about weight.
A person should pair lighter cuisine with light-bodied wines and heavier cuisine with fuller-bodied wines. There are delicious whites that can stand up to a beef entree or a spicy dish and many light, fruity reds that pair perfectly with roasted chicken or flaky fish.
